If you have a panic attack problem, then you must be searching for good panic attack cures. Like you I had panic attacks, did lots of research, and I’d like to share some panic attack cures with you that I’ve picked up over the years.
A really great way to cure panic attacks is reducing your stress levels because the root cause of panic attacks is fear. For example, if you have a cluttered closet that has been driving you insane, take the time to clean it up and arrange everything the way you like. Reducing stress is a good way to cure panic attacks because when you have fewer stressors in your life, your anxiety levels go down. The lower your anxiety, the lower your chances of having a panic attack.
Also, a good panic attack cure is exposure. Try to bring yourself to a mild state of anxiety to allow your brain to experience the reason behind what makes you anxious. This allows you to learn ways to get past what makes you panic. Personally, I have always had a fear of driving. I would have panic attacks if I tried to drive around the neighborhood. I would constantly think things like: “What if I hit someone or what if someone hits me?” Finally, I realized that thinking this way didn’t do anything good for me. So, I decided to practice driving with a friend who I knew would be understanding and patient with me. At first I was terrified and started to panic but then I relaxed and calmed myself down by thinking: “What could really happen? I am just in a neighborhood and I am very careful.” After thinking that way for a while, I mustered up the courage to take the plunge and practice driving. The more that I practiced, the less that I became anxious and now I am panic free while driving.
However, one of the best panic attack cures is the one move technique by Joe Barry. You can read all about it in his book Panic Away, but the basics of this panic attack cure is being able to control the activity that is happening in your brain. The one move technique allows you to be able to move the activity from the part of your brain that panics to the logical part of your brain that allows you to analyze the situation for what it really is. It allows you to focus on other things besides your anxiety. To do this, you need to observe what is going on when you have a panic attack not fight against it. As I mentioned above, go ahead and embrace your anxiety. You have to trust that your body can control the panic that you are feeling. This method honestly worked in curing my panic attacks, and if you’re looking for a great panic attacks cure, then get your hands on the Panic Away Program today and get your life back!
